Notifications
The bell with your team's latest news and push notifications on your phone, with two levels to choose from.
The bell
At the top right of the Dashboard you'll find the bell: the red badge shows how many notifications you haven't read yet. Tapping it opens the notification center, where updates are grouped by day and can be filtered between "All" and "Unread".
- Tap a notification to open it: the app takes you straight to the right section (the new event, the documents, the poll…).
- Swipe a row right to mark it as read, left to delete it.
- The buttons at the top let you mark all as read or delete them all (with confirmation: deletion is permanent).
You can also reach the notification center from More → Settings → Notification center.
Push notifications on your phone
On top of the bell, the app can alert you with push notifications even when it's closed. In More → Settings → Push notifications you can see the status of the system permission (with a button to turn it on, or to open your phone's settings if you had denied it) and choose what to receive:
- Essential — calendar events (new, date/time/venue changes, bulk creations), polls (lineup, activities, jersey numbers), weight plan assigned, physio (bookings and swaps), video playlist shared with you, video export ready.
- All — everything essential plus: new documents and event attachments, playlist chat messages, team (join requests for coaches and staff, approvals, removals), weight plan expiring.
The level you choose filters push notifications only: the bell always shows all your team's updates, whatever level you've set.

The coach creates ten practices in one go? You get one single grouped notification, not ten.
If you're not receiving push notifications
- Open More → Settings → Push notifications and check that it says "Notifications active".
- If the permission was denied, tap "Open system Settings" and turn on notifications for VCC.
- Check your level: with "Essential" you won't get push notifications for documents, playlist chats and membership updates — but you'll always find them in the bell.
