Getting started for athletes and staff
Sign up, join your team with the link or the code, and wait for the coach's go-ahead: the app takes care of letting you in.
1. Sign up
You can sign up with Google or Apple (sign-in starts right away and the app then asks you to complete your profile) or with email and password, with password confirmation. Choose your role:
- Athlete — you enter your date of birth, your court position (setter, outside hitter, middle blocker, opposite, libero or Universal) and, if you like, your jersey number.
- Staff — you enter your date of birth and your staff role: pick one from the list or write your own (e.g. "Team manager").
If you signed up with email, you need to confirm it before going any further: open the link we sent you (check your spam folder too — it's valid for 48 hours) and the app carries on by itself. With Google or Apple, your email is already verified.
2. Join the team
To join, you need an invite from the coach, in one of these two forms:
- Invite link — if you open it on your phone, the app opens with the invite already filled in. You can also paste it manually on the "You need an invite" page.
- 6-character team code — ask the coach for it and type it in the "Invite link or code" field.
Tap Verify invite: the app shows you the team's name and logo and the role you'll join with (the one you chose when signing up). If everything looks right, tap Join the team.
3. Waiting for approval
Your request goes to the coach, who has to approve it. In the meantime you'll see the "Waiting for approval" screen: there's nothing you need to do. As soon as the coach approves, "Request accepted!" appears and the app lets you in automatically, without signing in again.
4. What you see once you're in
If you're an athlete
- Dashboard — your next commitment with a countdown, the month's calendar, active polls and the latest documents.
- Events — practices and matches, with location, time and any attached PDF (e.g. call-up sheets).
- Documents — the team archive and match documents.
- More — the roster, statistics, videos, polls to fill in, notifications and your account settings.
If you're on the staff
Instead of Documents, you get the Team section with the full roster. Depending on the permissions the coach gives you, you can also edit team details, create events, track attendance, and add documents, videos and scout files to the statistics.
