The Dashboard
The app's home screen: your team's day at a glance.
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you open the app. It gathers the day's most useful information in one place: who's celebrating a birthday, upcoming events, the latest documents and what's new with the team.
What you'll find on the Dashboard
Greeting and team name
At the top there's a greeting with your name ("Good morning" in the morning, "Good evening" later in the day) and, below it, a label with the name of the active team. Next to it you'll see the club logo; if no logo has been uploaded, the team name's initials appear instead.
Today's birthdays
If a player or staff member has their birthday today, the whole team sees a celebration banner with their name and age. And if the birthday is yours, the banner becomes personal: "Happy birthday!" addressed directly to you.
Quote of the day
A motivational quote that changes every day, to start off on the right foot.
Active poll
When the coach launches a poll or a vote, an "Active poll" banner appears on the Dashboard. Tap it to answer right away.
Monthly calendar
The monthly calendar highlights days with scheduled events. Tap a day with an event to open its details. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next month.
Upcoming events
The team's next events, labelled "Today", "Tomorrow" or "In N days" along with the time. Tap an event to open its details.
Recent documents
The latest documents uploaded for the team. Tap a document to preview it without going through the Documents section.
Notification bell
At the top you'll find the bell with the team's latest news: new events, documents, polls and more. To choose which push notifications you receive, read the Notifications guide.
Does the Dashboard change depending on your role?
The information shown is the same for everyone: coaches, staff, athletes and supporters all see the team's birthdays, calendar, events and documents. What changes are the actions available in the rest of the app: only coaches and staff (with the relevant permissions) can create events, upload documents or edit the roster.
Quick team switching CLUB
If you're a coach on the CLUB plan managing multiple teams, a small "Switch team" button appears next to the team name.
- Open the Dashboard.
- Tap Switch team next to the team name.
- In the panel that opens, pick the team you want to work on.
The whole app (events, roster, documents, stats) switches to the selected team. The button only appears if you have more than one team.
