Attendance

The team's attendance register: who was there, who was late, who was missing.

With the attendance register you keep track of who takes part in practices and other events. At the end of the season (or at any time) the report tells you each player's attendance rate.

Who can track attendance

The register is a coaching tool: athletes can't see it. Attendance can be recorded by:

Recording attendance for an event

  1. Open More → Attendance.
  2. At the top, pick the event you want to work on (practice, match or other).
  3. For each player, tap one of the three statuses: Present, Late or Absent.
  4. Optionally, add a note (e.g. the reason for the lateness or absence) using the speech-bubble icon.

There's no need to save: every tap is recorded instantly. At the top you'll see the event summary: how many present out of the total, how many late, how many absent, and the overall percentage.

If almost everyone showed up, tap "All present": you mark the whole squad as present in one go, then adjust only the exceptions.

The season attendance report

The report summarizes all attendance recorded so far.

  1. Open More → Attendance.
  2. Tap the report icon at the top.
  3. For each player you'll see their attendance rate, the number of attendances out of the total tracked events, late arrivals and absences.

The colored bar makes it easy to read at a glance: green above 80%, amber between 50% and 80%, red below 50%. Late arrivals count as attendances in the total, but are still highlighted separately.

The report only counts events where you've recorded at least one attendance. If it's empty, record attendance for at least one event first. On the web app you'll also find the full players × practices grid.

Where the events come from

The register works on the team calendar's events: first you create the event (practice, match, other), then you record its attendance. If you can't find an event in the picker, make sure you've created it: see the Events and schedule guide.
