Physiotherapy

Sessions with the team physiotherapist: working hours, bookings by athletes, coach and staff, swaps and treatment history.

If your staff includes a person with the Physiotherapist role (with a linked account), the More → Physiotherapy section becomes available to the whole team: the physio publishes their working hours; athletes, coach and staff book sessions; coach and staff also see the agenda and the history.

The section opens on a tile menu: each tile is a feature, and the tiles you see depend on your role.

For the physiotherapist

Working hours

  1. Open Physiotherapy → Working hours.
  2. Tap Add hours and choose between recurring (e.g. every Tuesday) or a single day.
  3. Set the time range (e.g. 5–7 pm) and the duration of each session (e.g. 20 minutes).

Bookable slots are generated automatically: with the example above, six 20-minute slots appear every Tuesday. You can add multiple ranges on the same day and edit or delete hours at any time (confirmed bookings are kept).

Booking approval

In Working hours you'll find the "Approve bookings automatically" switch (also shown in the Agenda):

Agenda and treatments

The Agenda shows the week's bookings with each athlete's reason and the full trail: when it was booked and, if cancelled, when — cancellations never disappear, they stay on record.

After a session, tap "Treatment done": you can confirm the athlete's reason or correct it with the actual assessment (e.g. from "shoulder discomfort" to "rotator cuff tendinopathy — manual therapy"). The session then enters the treatment history.

The Calendar gives you the overview, phone-calendar style: month or week, a dot on busy days, and the day's appointment list when you tap a date.

For those who book: athletes, coach and staff

Sessions can be booked by athletes whose account is linked to their player profile, by the coach and by every approved staff member. In the physio's and teammates' lists, a Coach or Staff label appears next to the booker's name when the booking is not an athlete's.

  1. Open More → Physiotherapy → Book a session.
  2. Browse the physio's working days and tap a free slot.
  3. Enter the reason for your request (required, e.g. "right shoulder discomfort when serving") and confirm.

You can book more than one slot on the same day if needed. In My sessions you'll find your bookings and can cancel up to the session time: the slot becomes free again and the physio is notified.

The reason is private: only the physiotherapist, the coach and the staff can see it. Teammates only see that the slot is taken, and by whom.

Swapping a slot

If the slot you needed is taken, tap your teammate's slot and propose a swap, offering one of your confirmed sessions. They get the request: if they accept, the two appointments switch automatically and the physio is notified.

For coach and staff

Coach and staff see the same pages as the physiotherapist (Agenda, Calendar, Treatments) in read mode; the coach can also manage approvals and revocations. Treatments holds the full history of completed sessions with date, athlete and reason, filterable by athlete — useful to reconstruct a player's recovery path. Each athlete only sees their own treatments.

The Athlete file

From version 2.0 the physiotherapist also gets the Athlete file, in More → Athlete file: pick an athlete from the list and their complete physical picture opens up, all read-only:

The Athlete file is always available to the physiotherapist; the founding coach can open it to other staff members too, from the team permissions. It's the right place to reconstruct an athlete's picture before a session: treatments, tests and gym work, side by side.

The Physiotherapist role is assigned from the staff card in Team → Staff. For the section to work, the person must also have a linked profile (registered and joined with the team code).
