Where to find it

Open More → Statistics. The section is visible to the whole team: coach, staff and athletes. Athletes can only browse the numbers; importing files and managing matches is up to the coach and staff.

Importing a DataVolley scout file

Statistics are built from scout files in DataVolley format (.dvw extension) — the files your scoutman produces during the match.

  1. Go to More → Statistics → Import.
  2. Tap Import DataVolley and pick the match's .dvw file.
  3. Check the preview: teams, date and players found.
  4. Confirm the import. The match immediately appears in the match list.
Imports can be done by the coach and by staff members who have permission to add scout files. If you don't see the import button, ask your coach to enable the permission in Settings → Members and permissions.

Matching player names

The app links the players in the file to your roster on its own: it first tries the jersey number, then the last name, and finally a "fuzzy" search on the name. Matches are remembered, so on future imports the same name is recognised instantly even if it's spelled differently.

Match statistics

Every imported match has its own detail view, with per-player numbers and the classic DataVolley symbols (= / - ! + #) for serve, reception, attack and block.

Season statistics

The Report tab adds up every imported match. You can look at the whole team or a single athlete, and for each skill you'll find:

Rankings and Best Match

From the Statistics section you can also open:

Imported stats do double duty: the same .dvw file can be reused in Video analysis to automatically generate clips for every rally, without uploading it again.
Statistics are included in the end-of-season archive: when you archive the season, matches and numbers are saved in the archive file and can be re-imported later.
